I believe that YOU know what is best for you and your family. I will support families birthing at the hospital or at home, with or without medication and/or medical solutions. I can’t predict or guarantee any outcomes, but I do know that during your birth, I will support your choices without judgment to optimize your positive birthing experience.

I also believe in providing affordable doula care for all families and I am passionate about working with low-income mothers and teens. For this reason, I offer a sliding-scale in regards to payment. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the costs of my birth and/or postpartum services.

Labor & Birth Support Package
Prenatal Care

  • 3 prenatal/childbirth education visits to help prepare you for birth, labor and new motherhood

  • Referrals to helpful community resources and holistic health practitioners

  • Help in creating a birth plan AND a postpartum plan!

  • Unlimited phone & email support

Labor Support

  • On-call 24/7 availability starting at 40 weeks

  • Continuous labor support including early labor support at home if needed

  • Use of massage therapy, aromatherapy, and positioning techniques

  • Support to your partner in supporting you!

  • Work as a team with your care provider

  • Stay with you for one to two hours after the birth or until you are comfortable and ready for quiet time together as a family

Immediate Postpartum Care

  • Assistance with breast crawl and initial breastfeeding

  • Help in maintaining the "golden hour" for family bonding

  • 1 postpartum visit at home to assess needs, give referrals,  and to process your birth experience

  • Phone & email support as needed throughout the 4th trimester
